shipping delays due to carrier strikes, acts of nature or lost
/ delayed shipments, and consequences of such. Tracking numbers
available upon request. Unicom reserves the right to change
prices on this website without notice. We also cannot be held
responsible for any typographical errors herein that might misstate
a price or specific product. It is our intention, however, to
maintain accuracy and an honest reporting of price. Purchases

1. Payment:
We accept Government or school's PO. We accept COD company
checks for resellers with application on file. We accept Visa and Master
cards, paypal. We welcome send-in pre-payment. We will check ALL orders with our merchant services before shipment!
Any fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the appropriate
authorities.

Please provide a confirmed
Address, (confirmed address means your shipping
address should be the same as credit card billing address or
bank account statement address).
Please provide a telephone
number when paid by PAYPAL.
2. Sales Tax:
Only Texas end users pay 8.25% sales tax. All resellers must
fill out the resell form to avoid charging sales tax.
3. Warranty:
All Hardware carries one year warranty. Software warranty for
D.O.A. (dead on arrival) only. Microsoft and norton oem (open
or un-open), all other open retail software can not be returned.
All returns must be authorized and accompanied by an RMA# which
must be written on the returned package. No credit issued after
7 days from invoice date. Special order items are not returnable.
DOA returns must be made within 5 working days after product
is received Shipping fee is non-refundable. All non-compatible
return will be charged with 15% restocking fee.
4. Shipping:
We ship by UPS ground,
express, Fedex express, USPS first Class or priority mail. All
packages come with a tracking number or delivery confirmation
number.
